Le Havre led after 18 minutes. Rayan Fofana broke down the right and pulled a low cross to the far post, where Josh Maja turned it into an empty net. The lead lasted eight minutes.
Lucas Hernández's long ball found Hakimi in the box, and he squared it for Mika Godts to equalise in the 26th minute. Two minutes later Senny Mayulu sent Hakimi through behind the defence, and he beat Arnaud Bodart at his near post.
After the break Hakimi had Bodart's errors to work with as well. He curled a free kick from the edge of the area into the corner in the 55th minute. Seven minutes later he released Mayulu on the counter; Bodart came far off his line, Mayulu went round him and scored into the empty net. Le Havre's reply was a Maja header against the post, and in the 69th minute Hakimi finished at the far post for his third.
The win is Luis Enrique's 127th as PSG coach in all competitions, one more than Laurent Blanc, and the side's sixth in a row in the league. They are top on 20 points, four clear of Rennes, who lost to Nice.
Le Havre stay bottom on two points, still without a league win this season. They play Lorient at home next, without the suspended Ayumu Seko; PSG go to Villarreal in the Champions League on Tuesday.
