Amorim wants a reaction from Milan after Bournemouth, at an Udinese side beaten five times in a row

Milan lost 3-0 at Bournemouth on Thursday and have added Rabiot, Moreira and Gila to their injury list. Udinese are sixteenth after five straight league defeats, but they won 3-0 at San Siro in April.

Rúben Amorim asked for an immediate reaction after Thursday night. Milan lost 3-0 at Bournemouth in the Europa League, with two penalties against them and Mike Maignan sent off after 27 minutes, and the trip to Udine is the first chance to answer.

Milan look the stronger side with one side kept out and three goals or more in all.

The answer will come from a thinner squad. Adrien Rabiot, Moreira and Gila have not travelled, on top of the long absences of Chukwueze, Saelemaekers and Gabbia, and Loftus-Cheek is a doubt with a knee knock; Gonçalo Ramos is back in training. All three new absentees are also in doubt for next Saturday's derby.

Milan are fourth and still unbeaten in the league, having beaten Atalanta 3-2 last weekend. Udinese are sixteenth after five league defeats in a row, the last 3-0 at home to Lecce. Kosta Runjaic is without Alaba, Bayo and Gueye, and Zaniolo, back in training, is not expected to start.

Udine has suited Milan: they have won on their last three visits, 3-2, 4-0 and 3-0. But the last meeting went the other way, Udinese winning 3-0 at San Siro in April.
