Tottenham chase third straight league win as Crystal Palace seek a response

Tottenham have followed their win over Coventry with a 2–0 victory at Chelsea, while Palace arrive after two league defeats without scoring. James Maddison was forced off at Stamford Bridge with a groin problem, and Palace are assessing Jørgen Strand Larsen after an ankle injury.

Tottenham have a chance to turn two good results into a proper run. After beating Coventry at home, they won at Chelsea last weekend; now Crystal Palace visit a side that has begun to find its footing, looking to stop their own recent slide.

Tottenham's recent momentum gives them a narrow home edge, but Palace could still score in a game that goes beyond two goals.

James Maddison was forced off against Chelsea with a groin problem, leaving his availability uncertain. Destiny Udogie is also a doubt after a knee issue, while Lucas Bergvall and Savio remain sidelined and Rodrigo Bentancur is suspended. Palace are monitoring Jørgen Strand Larsen after an ankle injury, with Ismaïla Sarr also carrying a groin problem.

Spurs are 14th on nine points from eight matches, with successive wins over Coventry and Chelsea lifting the mood after an inconsistent start. Palace sit 17th on seven points and have lost their last two league games, conceding five at Brighton before a 2–0 home defeat by Newcastle.

Palace won the most recent meeting at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, taking a 3–1 victory in March 2026. Tottenham had won 1–0 at Selhurst Park in December 2025, but Palace also took a 2–0 victory on their previous league visit to north London in May 2025.
